The app is terrible
It’s the app with bad design and the company with bad service.
The first thing is that the app doesn’t work when the data runs out. Good apps allow to top up a balance even you don’t have traffic.
The second is a policy with a data plane. I feel like in a Casino or CS:Go with cases. Guys, we all need just stable and predictable plans, not a roulette.
