Very very useless app I won’t recommend this app if you’re even dying for money They will bombard you with threatening and useless massages every second Not to talk of calls…..they will call you everyday and even be tracking you on top….why? They also keep increasing the debt every day with 5 Gh cedis when your due date is due I mean how….you already added a fee so why keep on add 5 cedis each day These people are robbers…never be deceived and stop borrowing from them There are much suitable and reliable loan apps around I borrowed 260 and I was supposed to pay 370 within 2 weeks…I couldn’t get the amount on that day so ever since,these guys have been adding 5 cedis to each daily Now it has reached 480…almost double of what I was given,how am I supposed to pay I won’t pay today or tomorrow I’ll remove my sim and buy another one Come to my house for your money Armed robbers😡😡😡😡

Please ensure that the loan repayment deadline has actually passed before sending customers audio messages on WhatsApp, especially when the tone is disrespectful. In addition, confirm whether the loanee attempted to make payment through the app and experienced failures, as this could explain the delay.Instead of sending disrespectful WhatsApp messages, your management team could first provide clear communication outlining all the available repayment options, the importance of repayment, and what happens if payment is missed. If the repayment date has passed and no payment has been made, then it is reasonable to communicate penalties or next steps.I expect your organization to operate professionally, and I am confident your staff are educated enough to handle matters thoughtfully. I do understand the urgency of loan recovery, but pressure should only be applied after the due date has passed, not on the very day payment is due.

Dealing with Loan Base has been one of the worst financial decisions I’ve ever made. They may offer quick loans, but the price you pay later is far too high. Their interest rates are outrageous, and they don’t care about your situation once you’ve collected the money.From the moment you take the loan, they treat you like a criminal. It’s as if they assume you’re going to run away. You’ll be constantly watched, called, and messaged—even before your repayment is due. The pressure they put on you is not normal—it’s harassment.If for any reason you delay payment—even by a day—they hit you with massive late fees that make the loan almost impossible to pay back. You could easily find yourself owing twice or three times what you originally borrowed. There’s no mercy, no flexibility, and no human understanding.Loan Base doesn’t help people—they oppress them. It feels like their system is designed to keep you in debt. Please think twice before doing business with them. There are better and more humane options out there.

This my fifth time taking loan and i always pay on time sometimes i even pay before the due date but this time i delayed paying due to fanancial issue market have been slow so on the due date i only have 245 on my wallet and i decided to do partial payment to avoid extra charges only for me to relize that charges have been added again please we are pleading with you to do something about the interest i took 530 and i supposed to pay 745 that’s kind of high but we manage to take so at least if a customer can pay partial to avoid extra fees pls you should consider,you are here to support not to make it difficult pls loan base you can do better.
