previously borrowed money through the MTN app due to an urgent situation and, unfortunately, I was unable to repay it on time. However, I have now fully settled the amount.I was expecting that after repayment, I would still have access to the service, but I noticed that I’m no longer eligible to borrow. I understand the importance of policies and timely repayment, but I feel it would be fair to consider customers who have eventually cleared their debts.I kindly ask that my situation be reviewed, as I have made the effort to repay what I owed. I value the service and would appreciate the opportunity to continue using it.Thank you for your understanding.

From the UI, the app looks good but the functionality “is not doing” at all. A few areas like updating balances for bundle doesn’t work, deposit section - bank to MoMo isn’t functional probably not activated yet because anytime I try to select my bank, it throws an error. I appreciate areas like calculating charges whenever you are transacting a business and also the option of not adding the charges. Like I mentioned, the overall UI looks great but needs more work. Also I struggled a little bit figuring out how to bundle, I didn’t know I had to tap on “my number” to display the Internet bundle tab. 🥲😰. Probably add the option for flexi bundles to buy any amount of data not the fixed rates all the time. Lastly, include mashups in the app. If you want people to patronize the app more then modified whatever your USSD offers in it and allow access even if you don’t have data just like the another app “the yellow one” because this very app isn’t fully functional I had to redownload the other app to make up for this one.

I would like to express my concern regarding the security authentication process on the MTN MoMo App.While I understand that requiring approval from a primary device is intended to improve security, the current system creates a serious problem for users who no longer have access to their primary device. For example, if a phone is stolen, lost, damaged, or becomes unusable, a customer may be unable to approve login requests on a new device.In such situations, users can effectively become locked out of their own MoMo accounts, even when they still have access to their registered phone number and can verify their identity through other means.I believe MTN Ghana should consider providing alternative verification methods, such as SMS verification, biometric authentication, security questions, or identity verification through customer support. This would allow legitimate account holders to regain access when their primary device is unavailable.Security is important, but it should be balanced with account recovery options. The current process can cause unnecessary frustration and inconvenience for customers, especially in emergency situations involving lost or stolen phones.I hope MTN Ghana reviews this issue and improves the authentication system to make it both secure and user-friendly.Thank you.

I'm commenting here hoping the developers will see this, there are things you do that doesn't make sense at all. Upon all the security measures you put on us for our suffering MTN is the Telecommunication network they fraud us most on. You have made this app so restricted to extent that even if I lose my phone I can't access it without reaching your team. Meanwhile I have to use two months to reach your team to no avail. So can't any reasonable engineer sit down to make a whole analysis that let me put these measures like, security questions, or something nice that only me can use to access my account without reaching that your team that you employ for no reason?The white man that thought you this measures always makes it better. So make it better
