Good but yet more improvements
MTN has performed creditably but not better best . In this competitive network services, value for money should be a priority by MTN to its numerous customers.
Clients choose MTN over others for one reason or the other for high expectations to deliver its best services but customers complaints far outweigh their appreciation of their value for services from MTN .
MTN can and has more room to improve its services but just reluctant , because it has prided itself as the first choice but not the best options in its performance.

Disappointing
The app glitches most of the time. It doesn’t make buying of data a simple and seamless experience. When there are faults, the users are not notified or even compensated for the inconvenience. When there are glitches starting on a Friday evening, it wouldn’t be fixed through the weekend until Monday. During the glitches, you can’t see history, balance of data and airtime, data cannot be bought, etc. Yet, mtn has limited the 50% bonus to only the app. Meanwhile, unless you use *170# or any other promt, you can’t buy data on the app. This is very bad as we the users use it during the weekend. It’s pointless to call the hotline on a weekend because no one attends to you and you can be on it for long. Also, it doesn’t make sense how quickly a “just 4 you” bundle finishes. And when you go to the app to view history, it can’t show you and when it does, makes no sense. Please fix this! Seeing as it’s very bad and inconvenient.
Complaints
1. Your customer service is absolutely trash. When I call 100 I don’t even get to talk to an agent to make the enquirers I want to, instead you want me to press numbers but I still don’t get my issues resolved
2. Your network service is terrible. We’ve had issues for some time now but all you do is tell us you’ve resolved them and yet we’re still having issues. When we tell you you tell us to restart our phone meanwhile your network is the problem, not our phones.
3. I’ve called your online about 3 times already and I was left on the line for more than two minutes even though it was ringing
Why are you people so incompetent? This is actually very frustrating and yet you’ll just come and say “sorry for any inconvenience” as if that fixes anything
