Fast and Simple….!!!
Using Vodafone app is simple, smart, convenient reliable. Initially I didn’t have time for the app let alone downloading it onto my phone. But since I eventually downloaded it I really enjoy it soo much. Things are arranged on it in a very simple way for even an illiterate to use the app without any form of difficulty. I love this app so much! Congratulations my lovely Vodafone✌️
Wondering why all of your services aren’t available on the app.
Where is the option for smart surf users to manage their devices and account? I only downloaded the app to manage my smart surf account because using the *900# is a bit slow f a long process.
And what’s up with the GUI…? It’s screaming for help. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Pick inspiration from one that works, and let’s all move on with our lives.
I had my SIM card details (user name)changed but those changes never reflected in the app. It’s a bit annoying when the app is still referring to me as Victoria… “who is Victoria? “
I tried several times to put up a profile picture but that never worked. Wondering why the app has that option if it’s not going to work.
Honestly you guys need to take your time, go back to the drawing board and get us the best… the fact that the app is free doesn’t mean it has to be done anyhow.
Am really disappointed and I haven’t even explored all features yet. I expect way better from a premium network that charges customers premium charges. Wondering how come it was approved. I hope things get better on the next update.
Unable to use app and subscribe
Vodafone Ghana why please??? Over weeks now I cannot subscribe to a particular bundle, feedback says - conflict wth existing bundle! What bundle please? I have called your call center several times, been told my account has been refreshed , I have restarted my phone still same issue!!! I was adviced to get the app, that one is even worse, nothing appears for you to even click to complete the subscription!! Eeebeii!! Please you have other bundles , I know!! But what I want is what I want!! Why? If you’re no longer offering it, kindly delete it from the list er. I subscribe for the weekly one and it gets done in 3 days!!! Just Facebook and Instagram!! Meanwhile the offer also comes with something for social media. Smh
