App is slow
Please try and fix the bugs on this app it’s very slow and frustrating when you’re trying to make payment and it takes forever to open
Poor upgrade
So you stopped us from our app transactions over a month only to return with the same problems.. one can’t send money to any other wallet apart from mtn.. is mtn the only wallet in Ghana ..now too it’s slower than ever... why can’t I pull the account number directly from my contacts what if I don’t know the number off head..can we know the bugs you fixed?
Why don’t you simply return to transferring to wallet instead of putting it under other bank account..... I don’t want to say I v regretted banking with you for over 12 years just cus off poor software system. Also what’s with the nickname thing you v add... do we save people’s contact by their nicknames? Oooh no... now after writing my review you won’t accept any so called nickname I put there
Otp number
Downloaded the app and it asked for the otp number that has been asked for that has been sent to my registered number, I did and then when I logged out and logged in again it asked again for the otp number, I entered it and they said wrong number then sent me a message that a suspicious attempt has made on my account. Please this is not the first time. It’s stressful
