The Eurobank Mobile App is updated with smart functionality, offering a user experience driven by your own needs.

Discover its possibilities:

All your options in one screen: You will find everything you need on dashboard, including all your accounts’ balance, current month’s income and expenses, details for each of your accounts and cards separately, and the €pistrofi amount you have earned through purchases with Eurobank cards.
You can also access your Loan, Investment, and Insurance products just with a swipe left from dashboard.
Protect your privacy from others: New feature to hide or unhide amounts enabled with a single gesture.
Quick access to transactions: You can initiate your transactional activity by selecting any of the three options available on top of dashboard or by selecting the red button anywhere on the Eurobank Mobile App. Easy access to Transfer funds, Bill Payments, IRIS Payments, “Favourite transactions”, Standing Orders.
Card management: Manage your cards directly from your dashboard. You can activate, pay, load, and temporarily deactivate your cards.
Contacts: Ability to access, not only the contacts saved on your phone device, but also all the contacts you keep at your e-Banking account in order to easily complete your transactions.
Products and Services: Easy access to a wide variety of online products for your digital purchases by selecting “Products” at the bottom of your dashboard.

Bank for laughs

The app crashes two times a week even on new iPhones. 3-4 times per month they are having a system problem that doesn’t allow you to connect through their webpage either. No phone support (they hang up on you after long waiting times). Far behind other European banks. Better get Revolut, N62 or Monese . Even Viva has better support than them. They changed the UI skin but the app’s core is pure crap . Doesn’t compete with anyone at this point.

Learn from other banking apps.

Compared to other Greek e banking apps. It gives you a lot of control. But I recommend for the developers of eurobank to straight up copy some of the functionality of revolut or other apps like n26. You do not have to go to any bank for any reason. Everything can be configured through the e banking app. Give the option to the users that want it. In revolut you can see all the card information. Meaning you can make online purchases with your card without having to reach for your wallet. Allow users to make savings accounts, where they can set a standard amount of money to be transferred to that saving account each month. Allow for transactions to be rounded up and the extra money to be sent to a savings account. Allow for a standard amount of money to be added to your savings after every transaction. Allow to have groups of friends adding money to a pooled savings account for your next vacation. So you can share money with the people you trust. The possibilities are endless. Allow for infinite virtual cards that can be destroyed after single use for websites you do not trust. Allow for persistent virtual cards where you can set limits and turn on and off through your e-banking app. The app is slow compared to modern options. Give it some time to optimise! Optimise your APIS for fast data fetching. There are a lot of areas that can be improved!

No notifications

The ui is quite ok. The main lack is the option for notifications. The initial set up asked me to enable notifications but no notifications show up after transactions. Furthermore, no option in settings to turn on/off notifications, maybe since there is no implementation at all?

Update: After reinstall of the app I can get push notifications only when receiving money but not when charged. Also, email notifications work in a inconvenient way. They get received in a random way and not when the transaction with the card is made. I guess it is sent when the amount is actually taken from my account. Still, the push notifications immediately when the card is used is a major issue.

If you have activated Device Identification from the Security Setting of our application, you will receive push notifications for each incoming amount in your account, coming either from a PAF transaction or from other bank transfer which is characterized as “Urgent”.
