It’s THE best app that I have ever had. It might even be the best app that I have on my phone. I really enjoy watching movies and series and Netflix is the best app to do so. There are only a few flaws that I want to point out to help you make the app even better. Firstly, I think that you should put an app version of Netflix for macOS for iMac and Macbook users to be able to download movies or series so that they can watch them online. Secondly, I believe that you could put more movies or series like Harry Potter, Star Wars and my favourite TV series (after Riverdale of course...😂), Game of Thrones! Lastly, the restrictions are really annoying... For example, The Big Bang Theory which is restricted on Gr Netflix, is being played on cable TV! So what’s the reason to ban this series? The app is already really good but with these adjustments it will be 11 out of 10 for me!
Problem with the subtitles

There is a problem with the size of the subtitles. Sometimes the letters are small, and sometimes are big, without change any settings. I have this problem only at my iPhone. For example, Netflix at my PS4, has no problems. P.S.: please update the iPhone settings of the app. Make them like the browser settings. For example, if I want to change the size of the subtitles, I have to close my app and open the browser to do it. It’s a waste of time.
Subtitles and content ( still not fixed !!! )

This the second time i am writing a review about the app ... and for the same issue !!! I have also notified the customer care service through the telephone line in my country and also the live chat service !!! The last one informed me that it is a known issue ...But although a new update came out and more than 3 weeks have passed since my last review , still the subtitle issue remains unsolved ...Below you can find my previous review :"I am using the app on iPhone 8 Plus with iOS 13.3 . Since I am having a severe sight disability I used to customize the subtitles on all of my devices. But the last couple of days I can’t customize them on my iPhone ! Meanwhile they are customizable on all other devices. Please take care of this inconvenience...Also I would like to suggest at least two more sizes of the subtitles on all other platforms instead of the three that exist now. There is a very abruptly way from small to medium and then large ! Finally try to enrich your content . Thank you in advance and looking forward to a solution .
App support is from a disappointment to useless

Chatted with app support regarding a glitch with the app. Even though I wrote with clarity what the problem was. After more than 45 minutes of being asked the same questions over and over indicating that did not know how the app functioned nor had the ability to find a solution I gave up and just work around the annoyance. It might help, for those customer service reps that do not understand written English very well, to add to the chat the option to upload a picture which would show the problem.
