The Snappi App is Great.User friendly and with a great support behind it. I would like to share my short story as well from my experience after calling the call center because it matters. I had a small issue resetting my password. I’ve called the Snappi customer support and only good things I could write.I was so happy. The women on the call centre, were very supportive, willing to help me, with kindness and patience to troubleshoot my issue. In a matter of a few clicks my issue was fixed. Congratulations for their excellent support. Very Important
Outdated and hard to use App

After opening the account (where I found the process tedious and unnecessarily complex) I noticed right away how pour the ui experience is. App is slow, difficult to use and counterintuitive from a user experience standpoint. Even Greek legacy banks have developed way better and more useful UIs (all of them!!)! This is such a disgrace for a so claimed neobank, so much hype for nothing. It just the app feels so slow and outdated and also very limited in functionality which should not be the case for an all digital bank! The only good thing and the main (maybe the only) reason to open an account and use this bank is for the high interest savings account (though there are other European online banks that offer even better rates). In conclusion I haven’t seen anything good from my experience thus far :(, a bit disappointed, this app needs tones of work!

The onboarding process was incredibly easy, clear, and fast. I completed everything without facing a single issue. Compared to other banking apps, where the registration process can be confusing and time-consuming, Snappi made it simple and straightforward. Everything was well explained, and the app guided me through each step smoothly. It was one of the best onboarding experiences I’ve had with a bank.

THIEVES AND HYPOCRITES

I called them. Alot of times. Working hours. First of all , if you ask for them to call you back then never do. HOWEVER IF YOU WAIT, The line never reaches a representative. The calling center is a scam, there nobody there. At first it tells you to wait for 5 minute. Then 19. Then it tell you to wait more than half an hour. Then 3 minutes. Then more than 30 minutes again. Until they terminate your call. You will never reach a representative. I'm sending these complain all across the erupean union commission ECC AND Greek consumer's support ombudsman. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. if I could add negative stars I would...All about making advertisements and giving fake promises but after the registration if you face any problems they wouldn't care less. Aftersales support is inexistent.
