As a sales-driving app, I think ease to use is very important. As a gold member, I often order food from your app which I find it generally well-designed EXCEPT - it always auto-logout everytime when I use the app. Then I’ll have to relogin again. I can understand it is for security but please do strike a balance and remember the primary purpose of this app - as mentioned. Thanks.

The app always show I have unread message in personal message while I have pressed in and read the same message multiple times.
Please kindly update this and it would be best if you could add in a message delete function:)

You will regret if you update to this version. The new updated version's queueing function doesn't work. The most important function doesn't work in this new update!!! Genki, if you design the app to make your customer more dissatisfaction by making harder to work, you got it right. Even more so, many have already mentioned the new update also promotes more advertisements. Very disappointing.
