No connection with Macro Polo Club

The current application is quite focused on flight booking. Other functions are limited, the interface is not set with easy direction. It takes time to find a way to access to Macro Polo Club and you still need to input Membership number and password again, and it is directing you to the website version of Marco Polo Club. It is really difficult to keep remember all those number and password all the time. Many applications support fingerprint login, why we still need password for Cathay. And really how many current travellers use airline app for booking and the ticket price is not cheaper that through travel agency? It is the Loyalty Program keeps customer not the online booking app. So please some customer journey mapping to understand the customer better and reflect that into this app. Thanks

Good user experience

Smooth and easy to use. The only improvement will be I have to click “x” to exit after selecting the departure and return date, it is highly recommended to exit directly after clicking or confirming the date of flights.

Auto log out

I written everything online and press the button to pay….u know ….need to key in many information and double check the passport data and credit card details before click confirmed.

But once I did all, pressed the button, system said I login too long and was automatically log out. I was so so disappointed!

I have to re input every single items and checked again all details….make the process double the time. Just becoz of system is not friendly.
