用不到會員卡 can’t use the membership card
平時用開都無問題，今日無啦啦登出左我account，要登入又話網絡問題，無會員卡用，即刻咩都唔買，擺低走人，浪費我時間！問朋友，佢都話無啦啦登出左同登入唔返
It was all good in the past. Today when I checked out at the cashier, my account was logged out. I tried to login again but it said connection error. No membership card for me to use and so I just dropped all the goods and left with anger. Asked my friend and he has same problem. What a waste of my time with your shop!
BAD BAD BAD
1. Couldnt login at all & shows system error while im trying to pay at cashier
2. Staff is clueless & rude. And don’t accept my other digital card backup when my membership record is valid.
3. Really. Worst customer experience ever.
4. Either u fix ur rubbish app, or just let us use other apps. I dont see why i should waste my phone storage on this trash
Can’t login with network
I can’t login my membership card with this update. The system keeps telling it was my network problem but it was not. I can use internet in my browser. Seems that it needs to use WiFi network. Very bad experience.
