Highly recommended daily life app
The whole app is friendly to use and products are easy to find.
The Yuu-to-me function in particular is worth recommending and more economical than other grocery delivery apps (Deliveroo, food panda and etc.)
Free delivery for purchases above HKD 500. Supports products of different brands are delivered together. This helps me a lot when I was tester positive and couldn’t go out.

Lost of award points accumulated
The app suddenly changed the compatibility to iOS 13 or above renders my account in iPhone 6 failed to operate and award points lost!

Sorry for inconvenience caused. If you can't use the app , please try to linking your octopus gives you another easy way to earn yuu points.
Delivery charge
1. Your delivery charge policy states that $50 fee will be waived for purchase of $500 and over. However the APP still charge me $50 for my $700 purchase. I request for the refund of $50.
2. The APP does not return to the previous page when I click the return sign after viewing the product description. It will be much friendlier if it will simply return to previous page to continue the shopping
