很滿意的酒店

我們住三人房，很大舒服乾淨，服務員很熱情有禮，五分鐘可到國際通，酒店下面有很多便利店和藥莊，停車場也方便，地點超級方便，房價便宜還要有早餐提供，住了三天很開心滿意，下次一定再住😍

Over priced

We stay in the hotel for 3 nights. Paying EUR210 per night advance booking for half years ago.
This price seems much higher than we saw recently which is only EUR160.
Hotel in good location, however the facility is all old. Our room door not able to close firmly which have a big gaps and hearing people talking over the corridor.
The shower is not working good which water running hot and cold. We going down to the reception and looks like this is a common problem to the hotel room, but reception really helpful who ask a guy going up to the room changing the shower tap.
Room keeper never change bathroom tower, paper cup and clean the glass and reception did help on all these when I call to front desk.
Room has no temperature control only a small heater which didn’t help to warm up the room. we live in the freezer for the entire trip.

Save yourself the trouble and try another agency first

Steer clear of this travel agency as much as you can. My experience with them was VERY interesting. After raising an issue without any desire of cancelling my booking, they gave me a 24hr deadline to answer or else they’ll cancel it. As busy customer, they even instructed me to do the rebooking myself after being told that I need their help as I had a full-packed schedule and their protocol dors not make sense. So they cancelled my reservation and failed to take any actionable steps to resolve the issue, all while responding at an excruciatingly slow pace. Fortunately, the hotel gives value to their customers.

Save yourself the trouble and try another agency first.
