I cannot log in
After i scan the barcode, my account is logged out and cannot log in anymore. Even I try to reset my password by “forget password”, the system appears error and cannot recognise my phone number. Please fix the problem as soon as possible.
Great app but rewards can be improved
I love the concept and UI of this app. Great job on that. However, the rewards are not attractive enough to incentivize everyday users (eg people who don’t really care about recycling) to go out of their way to recycle. For instance, you need to recycle 100 bottles to get $1 for your Octopus card. Most people would not bother, and for ppl who are environmentally friendly and thus are more likely to use the app, the idea of using 100 plastic bottles is ridiculous to them
Cannot detect some barcodes
The scanner is not always able to recognise barcodes, even for some local brands like 道地解茶 and 少爺啤酒. Hence, cannot even submit those for review.
After the update, barcode scanner function does not work, app is immediately closed when tried to use this function
