Fast, easy to use, and I like that it charges on a 24-hour cycle. All very useful for quick and ad hoc business trips. However, the only one thing I can ask for improvement is please accept Apple Pay for payment. It’s a pain to have to pull out your credit card when you’re on the go. Day charges for non-Asian destinations are not very competitive compared to just roaming on my data plan.

Is it possible to add a function for the current 86 easy user that they can buy extra credits for making and receiving calls?

The number is already in use for banks, and so it’s quite useful if the same number can be used for calls when needed.

This is my first app review, so let this be a warning to STAY AWAY from using this app and service. Extremely frustrating UX/UI, customer service, and service overall. There are no explanations as to how to port-in, or how to navigate the app. If you’re looking for a prepaid plan, use SOSIM from ParknShop instead - cheaper and more straightforward.

I would rate this negative stars if I can. If you click on a button in the app, it takes you to a website that tries to get you to download the app. It’s a never ending loop. LOL
