Taking long time to load each pages, especially the build-in service to read sms through this poor app

A year ago(when I last top-up), I have read that my card is “valid until (a day in) June”. However after that I have bought another data package for 365 days pass, which expires at end of August. Hence the “new” expire date changed(actually only for the data) is now end of August, as the app states in my “expire date”(only stated this and that’s it), which is too VAGUE for me and CONFUSING, thinking the “valid date” also changed. Therefore I didn’t top-up on time and the card is now “LOCKED”(from June) without any notices and my account balance is under debt(which isn’t after I bought the package originally) and I can’t use the data I left(7GB which worth about $56). THE APP DESIGNING IS TOO VAGUELY FOR PEOPLE TO BE MISUNDERSTANDING AND USERS HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS UNWORTHY CONSEQUENCES AND LOST THEIR OWN PHONE NUMBER. Suggesting that to add another row for expire date with separation of both data package and card’s expire date.

This application is absolutely ridiculous! I can never log in, and there’s always some system error preventing me from resetting my password. Every time I try to access my account, I’m met with endless glitches and no real solutions.

The support team (if there even is one) is unhelpful, and the app just wastes my time. How can such a poorly functioning app even be released to the public? Avoid at all costs—unless you enjoy constant frustration!
