主要功能：

- 測試線路狀態和重啟寬頻數據機及Now TV機頂盒
- 查閱您的預約詳情
- 更新服務的登記聯絡資料
- 查閱專門店和客戶服務中心的地址和聯絡資料
客戶只需一個登入賬戶，即可登入「My HKT」App及「My HKT」網站 (https://cs.hkt.com)。如您已有此網站的登入賬戶，請以現有的登入名稱及密碼登入「My HKT」App。
「My HKT」App必需連上網方可運作，故使用者或需繳付相關的數據費用。

Very poor performance
The app is a joke - always shows some issue and doesn't show balance information. Need to try 3-4 times doing the same operation and then it will show you details. It's been like this for years. What a joke
Why can i never be able to see my balance
Evertime i click into my account to check how much i need to pay, i have to do it back and forth for like 20 times until it appears, 19 times showing "busy". I have this account for more than 3 years, and still no improvement. You guys did an amazing job of being rubbish consistently
