I made an order yesterday (Sunday) at around 17:30 and got the product at around 19:30 today (Monday). I have never ever had such online experience before. Brilliant!

Poor user exp

The website and the app belong to the worst user experience i ever had. This is supposed to give to your customer an enjoyable and rewarding moment. In fact, you waste so much time browsing products and read details, not even mentioning that you kinda forced to download a second « the club » app, have to login a dozen of time even if platforms are from the same provider… There is nothing user friendly, filters are not properly offered, everything is slow, no products categories... Just wondered if anyone in this company offered to do tests before launching this. Try to be your own customer/user but as even CSL staff in shop are rarely offering an enjoyable customer experience, i guess the whole company can be resumed by this app.
It shouldn't be too complicated to improve things at this stage for a company of this size.

Cannot login to my account with the app

I can login to my account with the pop up window clicked through my email but when I try to login to my account via the app directly, I failed.
The costumer service hotline is just not working and not responding to any inquiry. They let us to leave a message, and told us to leave a contact for them to call back within 24 hours. But they never call back. The worst costumer service I have even had.
