App crashed

Saw there is an update today, but once updated, the app crashed on iPhone 12 Pro Max. Uninstalled and reinstalled still crashes when try to launch this app.
At least developers should have done a soft launch to see any problem and stopped or even roll back if something went wrong .

Even worse when I visited one of their mall today and paid the parking via the credit card I linked onto. I have to ask my friend to logout his old SHKP app and let me login to pay the parking. I use the app to pay the parking and got SMS notice my credit card has been charged successfully. Turns out when I leave the parking, the app said I’ve NOT yet paid and I can’t paid again neither. It is a totally TERRIBLE experience. If I could place a NO star I’d do so for the latest update.

Sorry for inconvenience caused. Kindly download 5.1.1 version or delete the App & re-install it again. Thanks.

Poor app function

Poor apps functioning! I showed an e-coupon during purchasing in Yata for cash discount. While the staff tried to use the coupon, the apps just kept on loading and loading without any processing. This waste me a lot of time and there is a long queue behind that I finally abandoned to use the coupon. However, when I open the apps again on the other day, the apps showed that the e-coupon was being used already! What happened! This wasted my time, and also made me lost the coupon. I didn’t enjoy any benefit from tthe coupon. Very disappointed!

A fabulous app for the users, which show us many informative information. It is convenient for the users as it covers many shopping malls in Hong Kong. If you try to download this app, who can experience the newest messages from the app. I hope the operators can add more functions into this app, such as the time for the function and activities. Thank you.
