Very slow

Product showing is very slow and poor....

Cannot load while in stores

Today I went to the muji store in the Mira mall in TST. The network in store is extremely poor and I can see many customers including myself cannot load up the muji passport. Staff was rude when I asked for Wifi password which they offer through a portable WiFi. Can’t you make the passport barcode to be loadable offline? I couldn’t enjoy the promotion discount as I can’t load up the passport. Although the discounted amount is not much, it’s certainly one on the most unpleasant experiences I have had with Muji as a long term fans.

Don’t waste your time.

I’ve never once managed to be able to use any of their coupons in the app. There is always some reason and excuse why it doesn’t work given.

Unless you literally shop in muji every day it’s almost impossible to get their “next level” of points status. Overall it isn’t worth wasting your time to get your phone out and open this app to collect the points.
