There is a digital qr card inside the app and the hardcopy from the store. The digital card can’t be use in the shop for discount. The hardcopy can be obtained by buying 200hkd in goods. So this company has 2 loyalty cards which are disconnected from each other. Whoever came up with this idea is out of his/her mind.
Can’t register
The registration page keeps going blank without any buttons to return to the previous page. It happens either when I hit a drop down menu or submit the form. It is extremely frustrating.
Time wasted
Spent a few valuable mins to fill in info from your receipt and it never get thru, you app is avoiding people to become your member; if you couldnt make it right, you better dont do it, Or it becomes very negative impression on your brand.
