Slowly improving, but feels like different systems patched together

Best improvement in the last year was finally being able to submit most claims electronically, thank you!
Main features needed are:
- Ability to submit supplementary documents through the app. They still ask for post (although unofficially seem to accept email communication).
- The app’s notifications are useless as the most frequent one is announcing claim received, even though you just did it in the same app!
- Claim history doesn’t show claims in progress so until it’s been formally approved or declined it’s just missing. Just move the above notifications here?
- Ability to edit submitted claims

Other nice to have features:
- No way of seeing remaining claim allowance (e.g like the Bupa app does)
- Add virtual card to Apple Wallet
- Share family member’s virtual card
- Option to retain (and manage) claims’ attached documents in-app as a useful archive

Submit claim function is useful

I’ve submitted several claims on it and it’s quite easy. Got the money in less than a week time. Pretty cool function. It’s also kinda hard to understand where to get the policy coverage and all that. Overall, it’s not bad.

Bad UX

- Annoying Ads pop up every time opening the APP
- slow performance, need to wait the icon list every time entering the home page
- too many clicks before reaching the medical card page
- always ask me faceID login when I am wearing masks, and When I am not wearing masks, the faceID options never available
- doctor list not clear enough, should put more useful information e.g. address in the listing page instead of clicking to detail one by one to check
