Fortress 4+

I’m shopping for a large 2 or 4 door refrigerator. What a frustrating experience with this Fortress app! Besides slow reloading for every page even within viewed contents, such as products details, most product pictures showed 1 or 2 tiny pictures (yes I can zoom in n get a fuzzy larger view....) as if nobody on the other side cared about showing you their products. You can tell I’m not having fun shopping here. Oh well....

1) The sort/filter button is just a decoration without any real function!
2) Poor customer service as there is only a chatbot which is not helpful. Also, You can’t reach them by telephone. The only way to find them is through email, but they have poor problem solving skills.
3) the app is Loading forever
