This discounted item is the cheapest amongst other stores. Fortress also offered convenient locations to pickup the ordered item.

Mediocre

Shopping with Fortress online has been a mixed experience. On the plus they have a good selection and not bad price. The app is easy to use. On the negative the delivery is slow and a few times the delivery driver has claimed no one at home when the drop off has 24 hr security. They also cancel orders randomly after a few days meaning you lead time to get the item extends even further.

Useless app

1) The sort/filter button is just a decoration without any real function!
2) Poor customer service as there is only a chatbot which is not helpful. Also, You can’t reach them by telephone. The only way to find them is through email, but they have poor problem solving skills.
3) the app is Loading forever
