Cannot redeem iCoins

When I tried to redeem iCoins and selected Store Pickup, the app always says I didn't pick a store yet. Please fix it.

Useless app

1) The sort/filter button is just a decoration without any real function!
2) Poor customer service as there is only a chatbot which is not helpful. Also, You can’t reach them by telephone. The only way to find them is through email, but they have poor problem solving skills.
3) the app is Loading forever

Update required even if just installed the app

I was required to get the updated app when I logged in after installation.
Then I updated the app as instructed, when I started to log in, it says the app was under maintenance
