Airwallex 4+

A very disappointing experience, the overall service provided by Airwallex fell short of my expectations. Firstly, the customer service was severely lacking. I attempted to reach out to their support team multiple times via phone, but was unable to get through to a representative. This lack of accessibility left me feeling frustrated and neglected as a customer. Furthermore, when I open my account with Airwallex, they keep asking for to join an express fee for certain services that were advertised as available. Unfortunately, upon activation of my account, I discovered that the specific function I needed was not ready. This rendered the express fee useless and made me question the integrity of the company's promises. The lack of responsiveness and unavailability of the advertised services has left me dissatisfied with Airwallex. As a customer, I expect transparent and reliable services.

The transfer out randomly delays not just a few hours but days, customer hotline never answer, app leave message reply you late, computer version leave message may response a little but not useful, imagine the transaction happen locally, not intentionally, and company to company, not individual. You never know when the transaction stuck, whether i shall pay the supplier with other bank but who knows suddenly airwallex pay it out and i paid double. Customer service would simply say apology and thanks for your patience, but no immediate resolution. I have experienced three times the problem in just a few months after account opening. In short, not recommend

It took around 10 hours for me to receive a payment into my airwallex HKD account from another HK account. Kept refreshing for the whole day, it was super frustrating. FPS is already instant in HK, I don’t understand why it could take so long for airwallex to process.

I also sent another payment to Australia, again don’t know how long it will arrive as it says 0-2 days on the app.

Wise seems to be better in terms of speed
