Now, I am paid member at 1 Home + 1 extra outside from Home. In my home, my TV and Tablet are via wifi and my computer used in cable network, even wifi and cable, it is from 1 internet provider in 1 location, However, Netflix system is not allowing my computer login to netflix because of my computer using cable network. This is a poor system setting, i am paying and using your service in 1 location, 1 internet provider, if my computer is in another location, i understand Netflix not allow that and needs to pay a extra charge, but it is not. Even i want to contact , No contact way, No Human, Noone help ! Email are fake in your site, error when i sent out. Such a big company, it has necessary having a real human solving problem, not just getting money member but nothing to help . The Technician set up this which is so unprofessional, it should detect the account in 1 location !
