Overheat issue

I’m using it on iPhone 7plus. When I used it to record more than 15mins video, it caused the iPhone overheat, the App quit and “emergency notice” message pop up. I have to switch off the phone and let it cool down. This issue has been happened for a long time. I was hoping it can be addressed in each update. However, it seems get worst. It had not happen when I was using the iPhone original camera app. Any suggestion and how it can improved? Frankly, I am a bit worry every time I use this app!

log file cannot use at over 30 frame per second

Hi there , i always shot at 4K 60FPS on my iphone X, since i purchased the filmic pro app and after that i also purchased the log file inside the app,but i found that it cannot support over 30FPS. So the log file uesless for me. I hope that i can get the log purchase refund !

Hi there , i always shot at 4K 60FPS on my iphone X, since i purchased the filmic pro app and after that i also purchased the log file inside the app,but i found that it cannot support over 30FPS. So the log file uesless for me. I hope that i can get the log purchase refund !
