I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this experience. I have been a long‑term, loyal member of this platform, yet I have never felt so disregarded.Recently, while making a booking, I accidentally clicked “Continue with Google,” which caused me to log in using a different email address without realizing it. I only noticed this after the booking was completed, and unfortunately the booking is **non‑cancellable**.I immediately contacted support and simply requested that the booking be migrated back to my original account -the account I have used for years. This is a reasonable request, yet the platform has been completely unhelpful and unwilling to assist in any way.This experience has made me seriously question whether I will continue using this platform at all. Despite being a **Diamond Plus member**, my loyalty appears to mean absolutely nothing. There is no recognition, no flexibility, and no effort to help, even in a clear case of an honest mistake.At this point, loyalty status feels entirely pointless. Long‑term members are clearly not valued, and customers are treated as if they are completely replaceable. This is not the level of service I expect from a platform that claims to reward loyalty.
