Their platform looks good, and smooth to use. However If you value customer support - do not use coinbaseI contacted their support 5 times, and they have not even replied once, I tried following up on the ticket I raised, and I get an automatic email saying ticket expired. Even Microsoft customer support team is more responsive than them - and Microsoft serves like a billion customers. That says a lot. How can you trust a website if they never get back to you?Imagine you have a good amount of money in Coinbase, and you don’t know how to withdraw it, and you ask their support, but they never get back. How frustrated would you be? One star out of five stars rating is already high.

My coinbase account is trapped. Everytime I try to link a bank it says successful, when I try to sell crypto my debit card does not show up. I want to ‘cash out’ really badly but I can’t see the option. Is this happening to other people? Is this because of region difference too, I’m from hk btw? Also customer support is a bot, they don’t help at all.. why can’t coinbase hire actual people.. I feel like I just threw my money away for looking at numbers rising and falling.

It is not at all apparent you’ll not be able to redeem from Coinbase in Europe without first performing a SEPA transfer to an Estonian bank first...I bank with Halifax and they don’t offer SEPA or even list Estonia as a destination country and a large list of countries. You may say the limitation is due to my bank. But given the ways Coinbase could credit us when we sell this makes transferring from Coinbase back to my bank account impossible!
