Just to buy things sitting in the comfort of your home is not a luxury anymore. But to make the experience a pleasant one with a feel good factor just by the way in which it’s presented by PnS team is outstanding. Kudos to their efforts.

They claimed orders can be fulfilled as fast as in an hour; I ordered during lunch and expect order ia ready for pick up when I off from work, I arrived the shop and the staff says they cannot find my order.

They said they can help me to mark my order number and cancel my order (when they get the request from eshop platform) so I can shop in store in order to skip the wait (for them to get the packing list and for me to wait the queue for customer services hotline)

So my order is cancelled and no one contact me regarding when and how to get the refund, even I sent them an email (via the app with photo "I am in shop and shopped") on the day I shop, saying I cannot wait for their slow fulfillment and already bought them items in store.

Poor shopping experience.

本來打算中午時落單，放工可以店取。

去到職員話無我嘅訂單，擾攘一輪後最後決定記錄我嘅訂單號碼，當佢地收到網購店取訂單時會幫我取消。（咁就唔洗花時間等佢地 "等張單" 同埋 我唔洗 "等客服聽我電話")

好喇，見到訂單最後係取消咗，而我當天都有喺App俾個電郵佢地，話"我唔等啦，店員叫我自己係舖頭買，而網購單佢地收到會幫我取消"，但之後一直都無收到回覆後續退款處理事宜。

店取易？一啲都唔易
放工都夠攰，仲要企等佢地搵答案，搵唔到無訂嘅因由，最後同自己行入舖買無分別 (仲嘥多咗時間)

Never wrote an app review prior to this, but this is by far the worst e-commerce app i have ever used that I must leave a comment. The online order delivered with a missing item, i immediately submitted a proof of missing item through the app. However, there is no way in the app to track how is the problem resolved. What’s even worse, their customer service line NEVER had anyone picking up the calls. Be ready for 0 support if you plan to buy things online from them.
