Suggestion
Good overall. A suggestion: add notifications for when you receive funds or there is a debit in your account(s). So you can know immediately. Otherwise need to keep logging in and checking manually.

Very poor app and complicated registration
This is one of the poorest banking app that I have ever encountered. Login in process to transfer fees require so many steps and it’s not even user friendly. When I call customer service they keep asking me to “dial” other phone no. Instead of straight transfer so it’s easier for the customer to get their issues solved. Pls upgrade your logistics and app because this is really inconvenient for your clients.
Set up
The set up was smooth until the security questions. The app just wouldn’t respond! I had to delete the app and started all over again!
