No good !!!
Buying stock using this app always suddenly down at 9:40 am . People could lost a lot due to such mistake and when we calling the hotline no one is picking up over an hour in stock cs line.
Due to their laziness and inefficiency I couldn’t log in my app at all while no one is picking up phone for handling the problem I lost a lot in a transaction
Old school inefficient design - can’t watch bid ask quote at trade
When I am going to place order I can’t see bid ask quote and need to go back to first page to view which is very efficient. It makes me losing timing and money!
