Poor UX, garbage application
Why do I have to see a popup 3rd ad in order to see my account?
The UI/UX design is as bad as can be, super messy and loads of annoying advertising instead of clear instructions on basic functions like base usage and account information, how did it even pass QA (or if there is any)
I am most likely to move to another mobile operator just because of this garbage support application.
Auto pop up
The app will automatically pop up when iPhone is turned on . The screen turns black This is intrusive and not requested. Seems no way to stop this . Only solution is to to delete app. R

Service isn’t just bad, it’s horrible. How does the agent not know how to find when the expiry date is? They are clueless… just stick to another data roaming agency.
