Can not book other car between the trip!

When you book a long trip, you park the car in one city, then flight to other city, you can not book other turo car, you have to use other company app to book other car!

Terrible Experience

It took me an hour to upload the photos and documents during my booking process. I Uploaded once when I try to book. And the app required me to upload again when I placed my booking. I thought it was trouble enough. Then I received a SMS saying I’m approved and ready to book. However my booking was disappeared in the app, and from the app it said I’m not allow to book yet. So I reached out the CS, they said my booking did not went through (the booking including all the details and a message/ question for the host) so now my early bird discount is gone and nothing is confirmed.
Oh one more funny thing to share, the CS said my license is a learner license but I have uploaded it so many times until the app approved. It is clearly stated that I’m not a leaner driver. I don’t know where their CS could see this false info. Anyway, not going to book via Turo. It’s such a hassle.

Turo app crashed caused late return

I was supposed to return the car at 10am in the morning. I started to click “end the trip” button, unfortunately, Turo crashed upon my numerous attempts. I had to board my flight which is 6 hours flight. I wasn’t able to do anything on the plan. I was finally able to end the trip after I landed. Turo asked me to pay $50 because I didn’t notify them for the late return. How reasonable was it? Their claim department insisted that I signed Turo terms I need to pay the late return fee. Think about it before you choose this platform.
