Problems

This is the second time that I have a problem with my online order. First time they sent me a wrong bag and after many email they told me that they can only give me back my money, but I can not get the bag that I ordered. I can only buy it again, but it wasn’t on sale anymore. Second time, they didn’t sent me an article. When I ordered two piece, I only got the bottom part and I can’t even return it because then they will have a missing article. But it is totally okay that I pay something I didn’t get???

Placed an order a week ago. They first told me they would send me two separate packages and denied the option of claiming them in store, so I had to pay for shipping even though my order was 50€ but the items were discounted so I couldn't claim free shipping. A few days later I notice that they merged the two packages into one and that they would arrive later than they were supposed to. Today (a week after placing my order) I get a notification that some items are out of stock and won't arrive.
The worst

This is the worst inditex app, always some kind of bugs. I can’t put anything for weeks now on my wish list and the limit of items you can put is too small. The app closes itself for no reason. I dont get it, all the other apps work normally, what is wrong with this one and why is it Like that for years now. Fix it already!! The app was updated so it not the problem with that, and I see a lot of people have the same problem.
