Can't input Credit Card Info

App seems straightforward and easy to use. Only issue is that I cannot input my card info. Once i try to do so, i get blank loading page. Please fix.

Hi Balazsio! There was some temporary technical issue with the adding of the bank cards. Please try to add again now, it should work!

Application bug

I like this service very much. However, yesterday I cannot use it because I was not able to take the mandatory photos during the unlock process of the the car. I successfully take 3 photos but at the last picture the application showed me an error message: ‘We do not have access to your camera, please check your settings’ and the app restarted multiple times. I was confused because I successfully took three photos, so the app definitely had access to my camera. So I did not understand what was the problem.
It would be nice if the user can have another option to attach these pictures e.g from the iPhone photo gallery.

Dear krsdnl, thank you for your feedback, we are glad that you like our service. You should make sure that your phone has the latest version of the the operating system and our application as well. If the Wi-Fi is turned on on your phone at the time of rental, it may also cause a communication failure. If you find everything ok, but there is still a problem while taking the photos, please email us the error with your phone type and the version numbers of your operating system and GreenGo application.
If you are unable to take photos through the app due this error, you can send them via email.

Difficult registration

Several problems occured during registration. At first, when nationality had to be provided the application only threw a notification window which dispalyed nationality. Then I could not enter nor select a nationality. This is a bug, please try to fix this. Without being unable to continue I had to cancel it, and restart and continue the registration manually. This time, after providing every single detail it would not let me upload my documents. After going through every single point again, I found that my phone number wasn’t confirmed. Which I have been never prompted to do so, because the phone number got stuck in it’s place from the previous unfinished registration. Please indicate which field isn’t complete.

If you haven't finished you registration please contact us via email so we can help you to continue. One mobile number can be used only at one contract, so maybe you should cancel one of the unfinished registrations.
