Obvious stepback from ShareNow
When starting a rental and the app open the car and immediately closes it, making any actions (such as opening up the car again) impossible for 1-2 minutes (which is cheeky for a pay per minute service).
Also: however I have a registered credit card to the account, I have to process the payment manually. The app doesn’t notify about unsuccessful payment or anything, but takes over 10 minutes to process the manual payment. Really sad that the application is such a stepback, because the service all in all is (or rather would be) good.

Several times logging out
Everyday I need to log-in to the application every time I need to use the app, can you please make “remember my password” or biometrics login option?
