Easy to use especially because with one login you can manage personal and business accounts and can pay both invoices. In my opinion is the best and cheapest telecommunication provider in this country. I use Telekom services more than 15 years and things going better each year. I also like to use they offers to buy devices like phones, laptops, smartwatches, tv … and pay in monthly rates without interest fee. Some other providers offer similar service to buy devices but here you can get the latest Apple MacBook version and big screen oled tv not just phones.

Can you guys fix the application Actual Spending fee display? After I did pay it ~ it’s stay the same and give me a huge headache with the Telekom why I still have the same Spending Fee for next month what I already did pay. The Telekom said its a bug and and yes it is, because when I login in web browser don't see that + Spending Fee. . . Please fix it. - Thank you!

I’ve been using this app for at least 5-6 years and it was never good. You top up, they promise that if you choose this or that amount you get x amount of bonus (internet for instance which you count on), but for the bonus it takes hours to appear. Restarting the app, the phone, reinstalling the app doesn’t help either. Right now the bonus internet doesn’t appear yet again, not even from the SMS link, it just opens the app, and it’s nowhere to be found. They promise something for your money, you pay for it, and you never get it. I thought I would ask chat support what’s going on, ask them to push the big magenta button, but when I select chat support the app crashes :)))) of course it does. Telekom should be punished for scamming, but I know it’ll never happen, these companies can do whatever they want to.
