Ne felejtsd: az alkalmazás használatához internetkapcsolat szükséges, de a generált adatforgalom díjmentes a Telekom hálózatán külföldön és belföldön, így nem csökkenti az adatmennyiségedet!

Useful but could be better

Sometimes it is confusing to handle my invoices because even though I pay for them almost right away it takes plenty of time until the status changes in the application. There were time when I almost paid for the same invoice twice.
An online help desk service would be really nice indeed. An instant chat like solution. In this case if I would ask something there would be a written answer what I could use as a reference when dealing with issues with customer service.

Hello! Thank you for the feedback. If the payment is successful you will receive a written confirmation via SMS and e-mail, that the payment was successful (“Számlabefizetés sikeres volt” – in Hungarian). If you receive these messages, you can rest assured, that the transaction was successful. After that, the paid bills should be moved under the settled bills within a few hours at the latest.

Currently, there are no plans for in-app chat support. If you require assistance you may use the chat at telekom.hu (http://bit.ly/TelekomServiceChat) or message us via Facebook Messenger (https://m.me/TelekomHU). ^Levente

App has problems with payment

For starters, payment through card was not possible for months in the app. Now it works, but the error handling scenario is not well tested. If you pay with card and get a 2nd factor authentication request, fail to enter the password correctly, upload will fail after entering the correct one. Might be a misinterpretation of the status sent by the payment gateway? The app says the payment started successfully but an sms arrives to inform about failure.
The same happens when re-requesting the password...

On the plus side, there are several free options offered through this app only (like festival data plan)

Please Add an English Version

The app is very user-friendly and many things are made easier through the app. However, as one of the most dominating telecommunication companies in Hungary and the biggest one, it would be amazing to have an english version of the app. Especially since there are many foreigners here in Hungary. If you do release an English version, I guess most foreigners will opt to register with you. Having an english version will be the selling point to attract all foreigners to register with Telekom
