    I have been ordering from them for a while but today I had difficulty logging in with my password and then the wet food I wanted is not in stock. That is not the seller’s problem but it became too difficult to search for a new food so I had to first Google the manufacturer’s products. This is also one of the sites slowest to fulfil and deliver the order.

  • Zooplus is fantastic

    I've been using zooplus for about two years and their service has been so good that I thought it only fair to leave a review. Timely deliveries, always perfect quality and with good discount coupons offered to make it easy to try out new foods for your pet. I had an issue with a certain brand of food and the nature of the issue meant that it was clearly the manufacturer's fault rather than that of zooplus - regardless, customer service took it seriously and resolved the issue by asking what I would like as a form of redress (I love that they asked me what I would like, unlike other companies that try to offer things you don't want when you raise an issue). Great service and excellent customer support. I'll continue to recommend it and can't see myself buying anywhere else again :)

    App is very decent, with many functionalities allowing for different requirement searches. Could definitely be improved by adding filtered searches. I for one, do not like to search by brand, but by pack size (small - less waste), pack type (no pouches - recycling!) or protein type (her catship only likes fish or poultry; I know!). The advantages are large variety of producers and pack sizes (you do need to fiddle a bit to find them). All in all, very strong 4 stars, would have given 4.5 if possible.

    This is the third time I’m trying, trying to get my order. Was promised an extra 24 pouches second time because they service first time was bad - my order was turned back because I wasn’t in to get it - after I had tried to inform them when I was returning from LA but I couldn’t. Order was repeated but while in transit they informed me that the money for my original purchase was refunded! Therefore my delivery which was en Route was then sent back again. I’m still waiting after 3 weeks to get the delivery!!! What can I say....... so disappointing! My Siamese and Sacred Birman babies love the food Zooplus stocks but they can’t seem to get it from Zooplus. I hope I’m going to get the extra 24 Royal Canin pouches promised!!!!! Dr Graeme Hacking

    Up until a month ago the app worked perfectly. Now I get an error when I add anything to the cart. No matter which device I use, it’s the same. Now I have to lose out on the app only deals and use the website, as support didn’t answer my queries about this issue

    Unfortunately the app is not very user friendly. If you go to the favorite items you saved and pick one in the middle of the list and go back the the previous page, it will go back to the top of the list.Also, zooplus used to be better. Most of products are nearly always out of stock, for cats anyway, Felix brand. Also the coupons are a lot more scarce than in UK and they took out the rewards system points where you could pick an item over a period of time from cumulative purchases. Could be a lot better!
