Be patient

This has become a very good extension of the desktop version as part of Zoho One. It takes a little while to get used to books, and needs patience to set up properly - but in my opinion the best Accounts Software out there for small business who also want to keep their finger on day to day pulse

Book keeping made simple

It takes a bit of learning and data entry but once you’ve got to grips with it. It really streamlines book keeping and invoicing keeping everything compiled into one place. Id feel very comfortable if i was ever to be audited

APPS THAT HELPS YOU EXPAND YOUR POTENTIAL!!

Thank you for making such great apps. I do really benefiting most of your apps :)

Thus, I was just wondering if you’re up to make another apps for ‘order taking’ which would be really handy and helpful for small and medium businesses owners.

It is basically very simple concept, small scale business owners can record orders that they received through text or email.

With the features of listing price and products (meaning one off register), owners can simply record order by inputting customers’ name and the product they order with the quantity. (Saving customers names - can be advance features too!)

And the main dashboard could shows the customers’ and their orders - (advance feature) by clicking the orders, interface such as customers’ and products’ details can be obtained.

And then the order can be moved to the bottom of the list or to another section once they have been fulfilled by the owners by clicking ‘finish’ , ‘done’ or ‘paid’ button.

And the bonus features (which is not the main purpose of the idea) that could be added, can be the total sales (all products’ prices times quantity ordered), total products sold - sorted by individual products/overall, total orders by products, balance of inventory in hands (inventory against order) and many more that could be related.

Anyway, these are just my honest feedback:) So far all the apps that I’ve tried with Zoho Corporation are all superb and fantastic! Kudos to the team :)
