Circuit Laundry 4+

I don’t know who developed the app but apparently they’re some high school students who enjoy some coding with mobile apps and they do it for fun so the result is this app.
First, the app doesn’t work properly when I want to reset the password. It doesn’t accept whatever the new password I enter. It doesn’t even accept the strong password that Google offers. It keeps saying medium strong and doesn’t accept it. What am I supposed to write down there? Biblical words with some cryptos or sth?
So I had to create a new account just because I forgot the password of the previous one. If I forget this one too, I’m gonna have to find a new email first because of the problem I mentioned above.
machines arw generally faulty and when I open a live chat with a customer agent on app they say there is a glitch and I need to wait 5 minutes and it’ll work. But it’s never the solution. So I have to talk to another agent and another. They sometime say thwy will send an engineer the other day while my clothes are already wet and waiting for some time. So I had to buy this card they use for top up.
In short, the app is a useless one. One of my friends created an account on my phone and she could never reach her account on her iphone because the app basically doesn’t work on some models I guess.

The app itself is not good quality. It’s a bit glitchy - for example, its “status” page is supposed to show the machines you currently have in use and how long it will take for the cycle to finish. Sometimes I’ll be walking away from the laundry room and the machine I just put my laundry in will disappear from this page. Additionally, it doesn’t provide information on what to expect from the different drying and washing cycles (spoiler alert: you should expect nothing from Circuit). So, if you don’t look up these “recommendations” on their website, they’ll call user error when you have three items in a dryer and they come out soaking wet.

The app, despite it’s unhelpfulness, is still usable. The reason for such a low rating is the company itself. Their machines are truly terrible and are constantly breaking. In addition, the dryers simply don’t work. If I am forced to use these awful machines, I will put one load of wet clothes into two dryers. And still, the clothes come out damp at best.

If you have ANY other options, try those before Circuit.

Absolutely horrendous laundry provider, their machines are constantly breaking down or giving error messages (I’ve lived in several locations with Circuit machines, and they are all equally unreliable). The app is appalling, filled with bugs, especially around payment. Frequently says your payment hasn’t gone through, only to say it has ten minutes later. The time remaining function for the machines is completely inaccurate, usually wrong by 10 minutes or more. Their customer service is also extremely poor, and their prices are extortionate. If possible, use a local laundry service instead.
