Super Amazing App

I have to say this app this amazing to us starting off running or jogging I am classed as over weight and I am nearly at the 5k 3 more trainings it says 8 weeks and I will have completed it at 10 weeks it took me a little longer but just the explaining of what to do seen your progress if you asked me 10 weeks ago would I be able to do what I am doing now I t would have said no but this app is super amazing it pushes you and what I did if I didn’t complete a full session I just did it till I did complete it which I am happy to say you can do but thanks for this app it truly has gotten me to what I have wanted to do amazing

Really works!

As a 31 year old who used to smoke 20 a day and never ran in their life, I really didn’t think going from sitting on the couch to running 5k was possible. I downloaded the app and paid for the premium version and off I went.
It was extremely difficult at first, I had to repeat the first couple of days many times. But I kept with it, and the longer I kept with the program the easier it became!
The final run - I couldn’t believe how easy it was to run the final 35 mins straight!
If I can do it, so can you, trust me.
Even if it means repeating some days, or taking a week off, following the program will 100% get you across the line!

Good app!

I was very satisfied with this app, I would recommend it. Running was never a habit of mine before, and this app changed that. I finished the 8-week programme today.

FAO app developers: A feature I would love to see: at the end of each run, when the app shows the total distance travelled, I would love to be able to tap on that number to see a breakdown of “distance walked” + “distance run”.

FAO potential users: in my experience at least, routine is the secret. I made it as far as Week 5 or Week 6 several times before my routine was interrupted, and then I stopped running for a while, eventually resuming back at Week 1-3. If this happens to you, don’t be disheartened — keep trying.
