Frustrating app to use as it requires you to log in every time you open it. What’s makes this worse is that you can’t access your Apple password manager when signing in with your credentials. Please add a ‘remember me’ button so we can just open the app and get straight to our account details.

I'd be embarrassed if I was a developer on this app. Put in your credentials and watch the app struggle through about 3 different logon portals as it tries to plough through layers of inept coding. If it actually manages to get to your account, the record of calls picks a random date in the past to begin at, then after a few "Load More" button presses just stops when whatever table assigned to downloading a web view of data just fills up. When I use this "feature" my calls data stops 10 months in the past of the date of this review. View a PDF of your bill? Fine. Want to leave the PDF and get back to the app? No problem; just quit the app and relaunch it again! There's no need to bother putting in pesky app controls into your app when you can just dump users down a dead-end of a so-called "User Experience" and let them find their own way back! Pile. Of. Puke.
Just don’t bother. Use the website instead.

I downloaded the Eir App expecting a seamless experience to manage my account, as shown in the screenshots. Unfortunately, the app is essentially a browser without an address bar. Every time I open the app, I have to log in again, which is quite frustrating. The interface is identical to what you would see if you accessed the Eir website through a regular browser, offering no additional convenience or functionality. This app does not live up to its advertised features and is a major letdown.

Where to start? In simple words please don’t get in to eir not mobile, neither broadband. None works, if you want to go back to the days of having internet works with on speeds, way to go with eir. customer services never listens to your problems. You will be yelled and spoken in so harsh that you would never want to get in touch with them at all. They don’t bother to listen your problem and getting solution is a far away thing. So again telling you all stay away from Eir
