Bar Management (Preview)

I've recently taken over running our Club Bar. To help me keep track of things I've added Bar functionality to the app. This is fully working, though might change as I understand what is needed to manage a bar.

* If you are tracking competitions and leagues using the app you can now publish the information as a web page to make it easier for everyone to keep up to date.
* There is now a feature to publish live scores to the internet as a webpage so anyone not present at the match can keep a track of the score.
Along with the main updates above there have been the usual bug fixing and tweaks to the app.
+++++ Note: This will most likely be the last version that supports iOS 15. I have some ideas for new functionality and having minimum iOS version of 16 will make things easier.

Leagues
--------
You can create a League that can be linked to a Fixture, so on the Fixture Detail screen it will show the name of the league.
You can add one or more Divisions to a League. For each Division you can add the names of Players/Teams/etc. Once you have added the teams you can see the League table and be able to add the results of the games to reflect on the table.

Competitions
--------------
You can now create and track Knock Competitions.
* Create a competition
* Set how many games are played in the first round
* Enter the names of the players/Teams
* Leave a side blank to automatically give the other side a Bye.
* Set when the rounds need to be played by.
You can see each round, and set the score for each game. Each winner get automatically moved to the next game.
Export the competition via the iOS Share Sheet as a HTML file.

Fixture Teams
--------------
With Fixture Teams you can plan who is going to be playing a Fixture. What team they should be in, and what position they are playing.
When setting the teams you can either enter the names of the players, or if you are setting the team for a Club Game, you can choose from the list of Club members. For Club Games the team will be visible to all club members, with playing members calendar updated to reflect that they are playing.
Fixture Sharing
---------------
You can now share the details of a Fixture using the standard iOS share feature. The information is presented in plain text so you can email, tweet, text, or share another way.
