How long????
This app is alright for the most bit...but I have one specific issue with the app, the is no way of knowing when your order is ready to be collected. One time you’ll collect it and it will cold and the next time you’ll collect it and it’s not ready yet. I wish they could update there app to include a collection time.
Food ordered unsatisfied customer
We have been customers for some time now and ordered food regularly at least once a week, we will not now be ordering again as we waited 2 hrs last sat evening for our food to be delivered on arrival I paid 37 euro for our order but obviously wasn’t happen to be waiting , I then rang to complain my name and email phone number and details were taken and today is now Thursday and I haven’t received s call or message apologizing . So from a customer who was loyal will not order from you again if this is the way ye are treating regular customers ...
