The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.
Headspace also offers a Forever subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $399.99 with unlimited access to the Headspace Collection forever.

It’s true - this app transformed my life.
This time last year I wasn’t doing very well with stress, anxiety and poor sleep. An Occ health nurse recommended I try the app and I haven’t looked back. Have these things totally gone away? No. But that’s not what this is all about. It’s about how you frame your approach or reaction to the events or feelings in your life and I’m forever grateful to have discovered this, along side many other techniques, thanks to practicing meditation with this app. Thank you Headspace, thank you Andy.
I suffer with severe anxiety and night time is especially hard as the negative thoughts and scenarios would keep me awake for hours, I couldn't relax to sleep, and that in turn fed all my anxiousness and depression the following day, it was a vicious cycle, but now I use the app to help me wind down and relax before bed, I can sleep !!!!! Plus I have the energy to face the day ahead, I cannot express how much of a difference this app has made, it has helped me relax and have a routine, it's just great 😊😊
Best meditation app you'll ever try EVER!!!!!!
I first heard about this from one of my friends parents and I was very skeptical about installing it, because I'm not one for yoga or anything but I can honestly say headspace has helped me through the tough times whatever im feeling at a certain point when I listen to headspace it clears away. I would definitely recommend this amazing app to anyone feeling anxiety or stress and it also helps with falling to sleep.
