Clear, easy-to-navigate layout. Filter system is on-point for product selection. Visually appealing, clean, and finished. An extremely good app for mobile-based sales and service. Other businesses would do well to take a lead out of Thomann’s book in this regard.
Great app but be careful with Phone App
Thomann App on iphone and ipad and Desktop behaves differently. On the iphone it does not add shipping and shows as zero shipping cost and once we place order, they silently ttake 15 euro from the paypal without informing users. This happens every time and This creates on doubts on the integrity of Thomann. They should make a call befire they add additional charges or update the iPhone app to get the trust back. Or simply update the phone app to show shipping.
