This is one of the few mobile games with solid controls addictive mechanics and gameplay. The community isn’t overly toxic and the game punishes players for any misdemeanors so there’s no trolls. It’s only downfall is the game economy grinding to a new hero while fun is Ridiculously long upwards of 8 hours of attempting in a few days. Reduce the base amount to buy hero’s. There’s great game balance and every character being weak in a certain scenario and excelling in another 8.5/10. Only losing stars for the lack of a sustainable free to play environment in the games economy.

This game is quite fun and I love the character designs, backstory and overall gameplay. But somethings need to change to help you’re game grow better. Some characters are too weak and are too nerfed, likes Hanabi in particular and maybe even Layla. And others are too overpowered and need a nerf as it’s just unfair. Like Xavier for example. It’s extremely hard too play against one and if you play ranked you either see these characters getting banned all the time or always getting chosen and it can get annoying and ruins the fun. One thing that is very unfair and annoying is the “unlocks when hero reaches master” thing that spreads around for multiple different characters and I’m sure I’m not the only one who has an issue with this. I have just unlocked two of my dream characters, cici and Aurora. I have always wanted these characters and I saved for weeks just to be able to get them and play them. I was so happy and excited, but when I went into vs ai to try them out all I saw was multiple of my hero’s that I bought using my own goldIn game was gone and when I pressed on them to pick them the “unlocks when hero reaches mastery” pops up and I was so upset because I was so happy to finally have these hero’s just to not be able to play them. I don’t know if multiple people are experiencing this or if it is just me but I think this feature should get removed from the game as it ruins moods and makes the game less enjoyable. I love this game, so fun and will never stop being boring because on how much collabs, updates and new skins come out. But one thing keeps all of this back. Nerfs, buffs and matchmaking. How many times do I have to explain that this matchmaking is so unfair. The enemy team plays like mythical immortal players and my team play like people who just installed the game. I don’t understand why this game is fully against me. It’s like this game doesn’t want me to rank up. My teammates are plain up bots. It’s getting to a point where it’s concerning because what do you mean I got mvp-loss and my entire team got bronze or silver medals? I can literally show a picture of proof but this is actually disgraceful. I’m fully stuck in legend and I feel hopeless because I keep losing because how unfair this is. My win rate is dropping to an all time low and it’s so frustrating it makes me wanna delete this hell wrenching game. I don’t know how many more times I have to explain this but, FIX THE THE BOTS AND THE MATCHMAKING. Heroes that are already good enough get buffed too often, specially Hilda. She got a buff when she’s already annoying enough. A good example of a bad nerf is Fanny. She is a hard hero to play and this game just made it even harder. I keep reporting and blacklisting my bad teammates but nothing seems to help. I’m also doing the ‘matchmaking experience’ review, after a match in the match settlement on the top left is a page-like symbol. If you press it you can tell the game how the experience was. I’ve done that so many times yet NOTHING helps. Please.. just fix the matchmaking.. please.

There are many positives and negatives about the game. For example, let’s start off with the positives. The gameplay is fun and there’s many heroes to play with some F2P events every so often! However, there are way more negativesFor one, the reporting system is absolutely horrendous. It is impossible to report people for actual unsportsmanlike behaviour and appealing is even worse. You could have a related photo and an amazing explanation yet the game still ignores you no matter what you say. The customer service also doesn’t listen either. It’s like talking to a brick wall. Another major problem is the ranking system. You could outplay your entire team, and still suffer a loss. This leads me onto an even worse problem! Lastly, the matchmaking system is absolutely terrible. The amount of times I’ve matched up with teammates who are extremely underperforming is disgustingly large. Personally, I generally wouldn’t recommend this game as of now until these issues have been resolved. I’ve been playing for years and these issues still seem to reoccur. The developers clearly don’t care for their players as much as they try to make you believe with their false charity.
