No real support, account locked when trying to do basic things

Trying to move Avios points between airlines? Easy, Avios says. Reality says otherwise. They’ll lock your account, but not tell you what you can do to unlock; when they’ll review it; anyone to contact. Support at the individual airlines don’t have a clue. Wait an indeterminate amount of time and maybe you’ll get unlocked. This is apparently very common if Reddit reviews are anything to go by. Total joke.

The app is so simple and frustrating. I cannot move avios from ba to qatar. Avios told me it’s an issue. It’s been like this since January. The app crashes all the time. I tried to leave feedback on the app. That doesn’t work either. The irony. It’s gone down hill so bad and the new platform feels like it’s stillIn beta. 0/10. Seriously

British Airways Club, AerClub, Vueling Club or Iberia Club are now together in one Avios app. Sign in to your programme and, if you’re a member of multiple, you can easily switch between them in the app.
